The Maryland Medbank Program serves eligible low-income, chronically ill, underinsured and uninsured individuals in Maryland who meet certain financial criteria.

Schering-Plough – Commitment to Care

The Commitment to Care program’s reimbursement specialists provide eligible patients reimbursement assistance at no cost.  They offer insurance verification, pre-authorization or pre-certification, denial appeals, and referrals to state and local assistance programs.  Patients can apply via telephone or get the information on-line.  They consider information such as annual income, number in household and health insurance status.

ROCHE PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – Pegassist

A Roche representative will do a pre-screening via telephone to determine whether a patient should receive an application.  The information and application are currently not available on-line.  They consider information such as annual income, number in household and health insurance status.
